Meet The Team

Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Guadalajara, and a master's degree in public policy from the University of Cambridge. He is a legal professional, with a combined background on international trade, law and policy. He has assessed international companies in lead infrastructure projects like the Tren Maya and has functioned as a consultant for several projects of international trade and institutions, including the UK Parliament. He is Mexico Country Executive for the Harvard Policy and Institutional Research Project, and Judge of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition managed by the Ibero-American Institute of the Hague.

Phoebe McElligott has a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and currently works as an environmental consultant specialising in international packaging, battery, and electrical waste reporting requirements. She also holds the position of Research, Engagement, and Programme Assistant for the Democratising Education for Global Sustainability and Justice programme at Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge. Phoebe brings extensive knowledge of net zero pathways, sustainability standards, and international environmental regulations. She is passionate about helping firms achieve their net zero and circularity targets.

Héctor Del Toro holds a bachelor's degree in law, specializing in international corporate law and minoring in criminal law from the Universidad de Guadalajara, along with a minor in finance from the Universidad Panamericana. With a decade of experience, he has served as a legal advisor and attorney for various projects across, the USA, Europe, and Latin America. His expertise has benefited notable organizations such as Grupo Castel, Centro de Estudios Cinematográficos, and the Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico de Jalisco, among others. Héctor's diverse background equips him to navigate international transactions and business developing at an international scale.
